Strategic Content Planning
With such a large offering of product lines and merchandise, Harley-Davidson needed a thoughtfully organized process to plan their e-commerce sends. Working closely with their Marketing Product Manager and our strategy team, I created timely, relevant content plans to guide each month’s emails. Monthly plans included anywhere from 12-20 topics, each one highlighting a different product, category, or theme, while incorporating seasonal elements and new product launches.
